I’m trying to fix my aunts computer currently and am not sure what the problem is. She’s has a generic mobilus windows based computer. Her router from best i can tell is a toshiba pcx2500. If i repair the connection it will stay connected for about three seconds but then disconnect. I don’t understand why the connection can be made but can’t stay connected.
could be a virus, download AVG http://www.bingggg.com/featuresAnti.html
check for upgrades to the routers firmware aswell.
